With his self-titled debut album, “Stash!”, set to be released in September 2015, Stash is blazing his own trail showcasing his highly energetic and personable live show featuring old favorites and new originals that feature both the tender wooden tones and blends of acoustic music and the angular energy and grooves of heavy metal.

Charles & Khalif Neville (New Orleans, LA)

Charles Neville – sax / Khalif Neville - piano

Charles Neville, the second oldest Neville brother, has by far the most diverse musical background. His experience on saxophone include rhythm & blues, funk, jazz, be-bop, pop and even American Indian music. His influences range from: Louis Armstrong, Louis Jordan, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Sonny Rollins to Professor Longhair. he is also the only brother that lives away from New Orleans for long periods of time, making places like New York, Memphis, and Oregon his home. Today he hopes to pass his knowledge on to his children like Khalif who has taken this great gift and made it something else all together.

Khalif Neville, born in New Orleans but growing up in Western Massachusetts, has learned from one of the greatest from day one. His father, Charles Neville, had him practicing the fundamentals of music at a very young age, which certainly paid off as he is now the leader of his own band, Big-Chief & The Defenastrators.  Some of his personal influences include Professor Longhair, Red Garland, Oscar Peterson, Oscar Pettiford, James Booker, Charlie Parker and of course Charles Neville. His band plays a mix of Hip-Hop/Funk which clearly bares the Neville stamp yet has a flavor all its own. He is currently working on fusing Hip-Hop, Funk, Jazz, and EDM into one gumbo of greatness. Carrying the family torch, Khalif is shaping up to be a musical force with which to be reckoned, so stay tuned.  You can find his music on
